Today Eleanor Clift, liberal Newsweek columnist and (of course) Obama sysmpathizer, wrote this concerning Democratic worries concerning the Obama campaign:
"Democrats are nervous that the Zen-like demeanor of the campaign is naive, but maybe it's just a way of calming everybody down. By not reacting to every groundless attack, Obama could be leading us into the new politics he promised."
Huh? "Not reacting"? In fact, in the last two days the Obama camp rushed out immediately to denounce McCain sallies---see their reaction the McCain anti-Obama ad featuring Paris Hilton and Britney Spears, not to mention Obama's furious reaction to McCain's denunciation of Obama playing the race card. Seems like they're very reactive--not that it's helping them much.
The mainstream media (like Clift)---not too plugged in, are they?
