Remember how earlier this summer, Democratic Party leaders kept saying, over and over again, that despite the fierce battle between Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama in the primaries, the party would unify, unify, unify, there was no question about it, etc etc etc?
In fact, just today we read Democratic Representative Barney Frank say:
"There does not seem to me to be any realistic chance that any of the strong Clinton supporters are going to hold back by the time the election comes," Frank said."
Well. Guess Bill Clinton didn't get the memo. And as we noted earlier this summer, parties which are truly unified don't have to keep saying how unified they are. And now there's more evidence of a lack of unity:
Bill Clinton in that ABC News interview of yesterday refused to say that Barack Obama was ready to be president.
The Clintons don't take losing very well.
