Good news from Iraq.

From the invaluable Captain's Quarters---civilian deaths in Iraq have dropped sharply since the surge began. Good news in Iraq in the mainstream media gets underplayed, ignored, lost in the fog...well, maybe "ignored" is the best way to put it. It won't be ignored here. This country has made mistakes in Iraq, but it's done some things right there, too.
