Continuing evidence of hard times

In South Bend, Indiana, Goodwill stores are selling stuff like crazy, but...:

"Local shoppers are spending money at Goodwill Industries, but a drastic drop in donations is leading to an uncertain future for the non-profit organization that employs more than 600 people in our area....it might be surprising to hear the company needs donations when, right now, all the racks appear to be full. But a 50% decrease in donations means all racks could look pretty empty in a few months."
