How so? Well, look at to whom Obama has offered the chief of staff position for his administration: Rahm Emanuel, a long-time veteran of the Clinton White House.
It's not just that this doesn't signal the huge "change" Obama promised; it's that again we see him echoing Clintonite tactics and now personnel. Democrats will have to hope he doesn't repeat the many Clinton mistakes.
